Torch Song (originally Torch Song Trilogy) is an iconic and highly acclaimed play by Harvey Fierstein.
When the play premiered on Broadway in 1982, it was the first play to centre homosexuality in such an open, serious and deep way. As such, it remains a milestone of LGBTQ+ representation and a timeless story about love, family, and the search for acceptance.

The Cauldron is a performing arts foundation dedicated to bringing diverse, English speaking musical theater to Amsterdam for amateurs and semi-professionals.
We’re a group of creators and musical theater enthusiasts who want to bring diverse and innovative musical theatre to Amsterdam. As a foundation, we want to create opportunities for semi-professionals and skilled amateurs. Our aim is to foster talent in all forms through community outreach and providing a platform for artists.
